SHIPPING POLICY

All of my items are carefully packaged.

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect name/address, the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

I only ship to our customers in the US.  For international orders, please contact me directly. 

ORDERS
USA orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 BUSINESS days (after processing period) depending on where you are located in the USA. Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays.

All domestic orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.

RETURN POLICY

All items are handmade. There will be variations on each one due to the nature of the work. If you are unhappy please contact me so we can discuss. I try my best to describe the items, but please note that colors may display differently depending on your screen. Refunds will only be made if the item is damaged during delivery.

 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on select items

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders, such out apparel, mugs or commissioned art.

  • Digital downloads


Please check the items when your order arrives. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me within 3 days, so that I can take corrective action.


IMPORTANT NOTE

All returned items must be in their original condition. I will issue a credit to your account after I receive the returned products. You will receive a refund for the item less the shipping costs paid.

Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost. As mentioned previously, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel your order, please notify me. If it hasn't shipped out, I am happy to cancel and refund you.

If item was customized and order is cancelled, any payments made will not be refunded.
